About the Event
Start off your morning with a high-intensity kickboxing workout with instructor Mike at McCarren Park. Join us at 8:30am on Thursday, July 30th inside the track (on the turf). Use the entrance on Lorimer & Driggs, we'll be set up by the goal post. A reminder to wear your sneakers, your mask and sunscreen. Bring water (there is a refill station). Class capacity is capped to ensure proper spacing. In case of inclement weather, you will be notified via e-mail at least two hours prior. No refunds. Class is transferrable. Questions or concerns?
