Join us for a kickboxing and HIIT workout led by instructor Mike on the turf* at McCarren Park Track on Friday, August 14th at 9am. Class is $10 and does not require any equipment or experience. Wear sneakers, a mask and bring water. Class capacity is capped to ensure proper spacing. Enter at Lorimer & Driggs. Class is transferrable, but non-refundable. In case of inclement weather, you will be notified via e-mail at least two hours prior. Questions, concerns, suggestions? E-mail email@example.com. *We plan on working out on the turf (cross the track onto the soccer field) but if it's too hot/direct sun, we will move to a shady location. Have gloves? Bring them for post-class pad work. Pay-per-round, just $5 per 3 minute rounds; no sign up necessary.
