About the Event
This all-levels, all-ladies* group workout class will be led by fighter, Chrissy, on Monday, January 23rd at 6:30pm at Hit House in NoLita. The workout is 45 minutes long and is programmed to welcome athletes of all fitness and skill levels. This is a KO Krew-only class that might just include some special swag and some new workout buddies. :)
*this class is open to all women and non-binary people. Hit House strives to be an inclusive space for all gender identities and expressions.
