About the Event

IT'S TRAINING DAY. Instructors Johnny and Josh are offering a new outdoor class this Friday, August 21st at 6pm at the Hudson River Greenway (behind Chelsea Piers at Piers 62 and 63). Expect cardio, HIIT and pad work. Class will be socially distant, contact-free and capacity will be capped to ensure spacing. Class requires no experience. Bring your wraps and gloves. (Don't have any? E-mail prior to class.) Please wear a mask, wear sneakers and bring water. Exact meeting location will be e-mailed prior to check-in (cross street is 22nd Street & 12th). In case of inclement weather, we will reschedule at least two hours prior and you will be notified via e-mail. No refunds. Class is transferrable.
