Outdoor Muay Thai Kickboxing with Justin (9/2)

Join founding Hit House instructor and NG Combat striking couch at De Witt Clinton Park on Wednesday, September 2nd at 4:30pm for a socially-distant HIIT & kickboxing workout. No equipment or experience needed. Wear sneakers, a mask & bring water. We are keeping classes small to ensure space. Enter at 52nd Street. We will work out on the turf, space permitting. No refunds, but class is transferrable. Rain date TBD - will e-mail two hours prior in case of cancellation.
