Join founding Hit House instructor and NG Combat striking couch at De Witt Clinton Park on Sunday, July 19th at 12:30pm for a socially-distant HIIT & kickboxing workout. No equipment or experience needed. Wear sneakers, a mask & bring water. We are keeping classes small to ensure space. Enter at 52nd Street. No refunds. Class is transferrable.
