Strikes & HIIT: Outdoor Workout 10/1

Join Johnny as he teaches a socially-distant version of Strikes & HIIT this Thursday, October 1st at 6:00pm at the Riverside Park (at 72nd Street) for $10. No equipment or experience needed for this all-levels cardio kickboxing & hiit workout. Please wear sneakers, wear a mask & bring water. We will meet at the Eleanor Roosevelt Memorial at the corner of 72nd & Riverside (and then will workout in a spacious spot by the water). Class capacity is capped to ensure proper spacing. In case of inclement weather, you will be notified via e-mail at least two hours prior. No refunds, but class is transferrable.
