Last month, we had a class full of strong females put 90 Degree by Reflex activewear to the test during 45 minutes of non-stop punching, kicking, cardio and plyometrics.

Class was taught by instructor Noelle (pictured below, middle), who did not hesitate to challenge and push the class. Noelle has been traditionally training at Kings Combat (Queens) for over 5 years. In addition to being a Muay Thai instructor at Hit House, she is an English professor and author. You can find her published work online here! Noelle teaches every Saturday at Hit House, so you can kick it with her, too!
