On Monday, January 23rd, Hit House hosted an all-ladies Muay Thai workout class for the KO Krew to kick off the KO Studio pop-up shop.
KO Studio is a boxing brand that redesigns gear to fit female proportions - but they're more than just equipment. KO studio is centered around creating a more inclusive and empowering space within the world of boxing for women.
